Away with the Oxidation!
A special kind of problem takes a special kind of solution.

Oxidation. A troubling chemical reaction between components in PVC and oxygen caused by constant exposure to sunlight. Found on countless surfaces, one of its most consistent victims is vinyl. Over here in the U.S., it's vinyl that's a wildly popular part of the average home, often serving as siding.
As time carries on and the reaction occurs again and again, those vinyl surfaces begin to get covered by a chalky white substance. Without proper treatment, they'll become increasingly brittle and susceptible to breaking right off. In addition to affecting surfaces structurally, oxidation is guilty of making a house look plenty older than it really is.
Of course, no sane homeowner wants oxidation on their house. It'd be an inaccurate assumption, however, to think a regular soft-wash job will take it out. Oxidation requires a unique touch. With the surface pre-wet, a specific anti-oxidation agent must be applied. We're fans of Southeast Softwash's "Dynamite Degreaser".
Once the solution can do its job, a diligent wash will have your vinyl—or whatever surface is being afflicted by oxidation—looking good as new. You're home free!
