Caring For A House

Join us as we run through our house-washing process! Simple doesn't always means easy.

Looking for a way to wash that doesn't damage property, that keeps customers with a clean and healthy home? Search no further! Here's the scoop on our technique.

  1. The Walkthrough: You can't go into a job blind. You just can't. It'll be disastrous, frankly. So what do we do? We take a stroll around the house and take note of anything our washing could affect: outlets, TVs, front doors, and more. If we know our surfaces and the objects on and around them, we're as well-equipped as possible to do our jobs!

  2. Efficiency: Those potential obstacles we talked about earlier? Before you start washing, you've got to make sure everything that can be moved out of the way has been cleared. It's too risky to do the job and manually try to avoid them. It won't work! We're also fans of stretching out our hoses before use; we want to be able to move as quick as possible to get you that cleaner house!

  3. Application: From the bottom up, we pre-wet our surfaces and hit every inch with our cleaning solution. After a good, even lining, we give the chemical just a bit to do its job (kill all the bacteria, the mold and algae clinging to your home). It's a methodical process for us. Houses have countless angles, and we want to wash them all!

  4. The Rinse: This is where we wash the entire house again, this time clearing off all of the chemical solution. It's hung on, done what it was meant to do, and now has to go. From siding to windows, we rinse and repeat until it's looking good as new!

  5. Final Walkthrough: Before we pack up and head out, we double-check everything. Even when we've gone over the house once, twice, three times, we still need to take a look with fresh eyes and ensure we've banished every last bit of grime.

And that's our game plan! We follow it with all we've got, and we couldn't be happier with the results it gives us on each job. No, it's not about blasting everything with water. It's not about letting the chemicals sit for hours. It's about thoughtful, intentional care. That's what cleans a house, and what keeps the bacteria invaders from making a swift return.
